Most of you who know me well, know I'm a SLOTH. I sleep and eat most of the time.
Okay, I sleep all the time. I can have a 5 hour nap in the evening and still go to bed at 11pm.
Coffee and relentless don't ever work on me. How do I pull through last minute cramming sessions just before exams? I rely purely on adrenaline. I have tried red bull, but it hardly worked.
What's been bugging me these past few weeks is, surprise surprise..
MY INABILITY TO SLEEP!
I have not idea what is wrong with me. Coffee has been keeping me up alot, so I've found out.
I used to be able to gulp down 5 cups and still be tucked soundly in bed by at least 12am. But the other day I had a tiny cup after a very short nap mind you, just to get into the study mood (yes, my study mood does does require the smell of coffee), and I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night, and I mean THE WHOLE NIGHT. I couldn't sleep at all, no matter how hard I tried, ended up making myself a hearty breakfast- which is why my tummy didn't make any weird noises throughout lectures that day, but this is another issue which is to be addressed later-, and headed to uni, with a mug of coffee. And surprisingly, I was alert and exceptionally enthusiastic throughout the whole lecture, paying special attention to the lecturer.
I KNOW AMUSING RIGHT.
Fine fair enough, caffeine has taken it's effect.
My problem is right now I can't even sleep after taking a one hour nap. ONE HOUR!!!!
seriously, what is changing all of this I don't know. Hormones? weather? different house?
I don't know, but I had better find out the answer fast. I can't be sleeping at 4am and getting up at 8 the next day!!!
As if my dark circles aren't bad enough. Btw, mom, I found out they can be hereditary.
Right now, it's 1.30 and I still can't sleep. Might decide to read some public or something. but I'm having a massive headache at the moment. Sigh.
